OUTPATIENT THERAPY
This service is conducted in a group setting because we’ve found that individuals respond best to treatment when treated together. We prefer a nurturing approach, with an emphasis on education and empowerment to move forward. We are here to help patients put this phase of their life behind and start anew.
MEDICATED-ASSISTED TREATMENT
Used in conjunction with outpatient therapy, medicated assisted treatment can ease opioid withdrawal symptoms and/or cravings through FDA-approved, physician controlled medications like Suboxone® and Vivitrol.
INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM
Intensive Outpatient Treatment is conducted in a group setting, but is designed for individuals who need a more structured environment during early recovery.
We accept all forms of Kentucky Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial insurances.

Information About Our Company
OUR STRATEGIC PLAN
Over the next 5 years, LHS will continue to provide compassionate care to our clients through a variety of services, but we hope to provide these services soon at another location to reduce the burden of long travel for our clients. We plan to continue to work with local civic groups and organizations to support our community, but we also want to become more socially responsible by participating more with volunteer work and becoming more environmentally conscious for example. We wish to promote responsible behavior through our own actions.
OUR QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN
LHS always wants to hear our clients' feedback to better improve our services. Currently, we provide surveys to all clients when requested and at random intervals. We also welcome feedback onsite via suggestion boxes, or feel free to contact the office manager by email or phone at anytime to provide suggestions or feedback.
